# JSON prompting: change objects in the scene

> Change trees, planting and furniture by editing a JSON scene description

Objects in the scene (trees, planting, furniture, people) each get a field in the JSON. Change them, and use the notes box for additions the fields don't cover.

## How it works

1. In **Scene editor**, this example sets the trees to *flowering fruit trees*, the foreground to *closely mown lawn* and the interior to *indoor plants and reading chairs*.
2. A note adds *a long timber outdoor dining table with a few chairs on the lawn*.
3. **Render (Flux 3)** applies the changes.

## Tips

* See [JSON prompting: control lighting](https://docs.runchat.com/examples/json-lighting.md) for how the app works.
