# JSON prompting: change photographic style

> Change the photographic style and colour grade of a render by editing a JSON scene description

The Photography fields control style, colour grade and mood without touching the design.

## How it works

1. In **Scene editor**, this example sets the style to *soft editorial film photograph* and the grade to *cool desaturated palette with a quiet, formal mood*.
2. A note asks for *35mm colour negative film: visible grain, gentle halation around highlights, slightly lifted blacks*.
3. **Render (Flux 3)** applies the look.

## Tips

* See [JSON prompting: control lighting](https://docs.runchat.com/examples/json-lighting.md) for how the app works.
